The village is operated under their ownership, with management overseen by a dedicated management company associated with the partnership.
Design Engineers Ltd provided facade engineering services for the Country Club Huapai project, supporting the development with structural design and PS1 certification for all exterior glazing and facade elements. Our team was responsible for ensuring the building envelope met the required standards for structural performance, weather tightness, and durability.
We carried out wind and seismic load assessments, verified joinery and cladding systems, and developed structural details for fixings and support components. Particular attention was given to aged-care-specific design considerations, ensuring safety, functionality, and long-term maintainability.
